At Maevè HairCo, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return To start a return, email us at hello@maevehairco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: hair masks, oils, and hair treatments.
